How to Use MindTalk:
- Simply log into the app and tap the Play Button.

- Upon completing the reflections and interactions with the AI, click "Stop Journal."
- Your Journal entries and Mood will automatically appear in the Journal section after a few minutes.
- Insights and recent accomplishments will start displaying in the Analytics section automatically.
